but ive been very good today, i had steamed salmon, with home made rice salad(celary, grated carrots and chopped apple).

I'm realyl struggling this week. Had a fwe bits and pieces I shouldn't have a the weekend as I was feeling a bit yeeuuckk. Now, I'm like a mad woman, can't stop thinking about eating!!

I haven't actually been too bad, and might have lost a few ounces, but I really really want to lost another 12-14lbs by March (our wedding anniversary is then and I'd love to treat hubby to the sight of my lush italian wedding undies again ).

I was OK before Xmas, then I stuffed my face for a week and I just can't get my head back into the right place. Will stick at at though. Have lost 2.5 stone since September, it's always the last bit that's hardest isn't it?
