Hopefully that will give me time to get my head around dieting so i have more chance of sticking to it (no chance at the mo) and in the meantime should not put on any extra.
If i can sort myself some extra exercise in the meantime i might even manage to loose the first couple of pounds! (wishful thinking

I need to join WW but need motivation. Not even the thought of having to loose weight is motivating me, possibly because I can still hide and wrap up in this weather
I did try the cereal diet and was going to continue at work today and the geeks used my milk for their brews
So I had no lunch
Any ideas?

I park my car a little further from work and a little further from school too...every little helps!!! oh and ive got a rowing machine too (must dust off the cobwebs)

Actually - I am trying to lose weight without the scales.
I hate the idea of getting weighed - so I am trying to lose by eating more of the right stuff and less of the bad stuff. And hopefully the clothes in my 'thin wardrobe' will fit again.
I have willpower mostly - but I have a real slow metabolic rate. I have been exercising - swimming 2-3 times a week. But my tummy doesn't seem to benefit from this. Find it hard to do other exercises as I have a recurring lower back injury that flares up if I do anything other than stretching.
I hate the idea of getting weighed - so I am trying to lose by eating more of the right stuff and less of the bad stuff. And hopefully the clothes in my 'thin wardrobe' will fit again.

Well, after losing more than 2.5 stone prior to Xmas, I managed to pile on 6lbs:scared: over the hols. Have shifted 4 of those this week so now only 2lbs over wharer I was so not too bothered. I wanted to really enjoy Xmas, not have to worry about having a drink and loads of food so that exactly what I did
.
Still following WW, but not going to meetings. I get to the gym twice a week but I'd like to get more walking done - need some dry weather for that though - it fels liek it's rained here for months.
I was really owrried that after my Xmas indulgences, I'd find it hard to get back onto the diet, but seems to be OK. Mind you, I had no choice as I'd thrown out all my big clothes.
Got a nice surprise in the sales after Xmas whaen I got int oa size 12 top
which is keeping me motivated.
We have our medicals on Saturday and I was hoping t ohave lost maybe another 7lbs by then, but that's OK. At least my BMI isn't scary anymore.
