Oh i was hoping someone would start a new spangly dieting thread (didn't like to do it myself seeing as i have managed to put back on what i had lost in the last thread )

i was supposed to start again yesterday but there is just too much christmas cake and mince pies and stuff left so might have to wait and start next week (i don;t seem to have any willpower at the mo )

I need to join WW but need motivation. Not even the thought of having to loose weight is motivating me, possibly because I can still hide and wrap up in this weather
I did try the cereal diet and was going to continue at work today and the geeks used my milk for their brews
So I had no lunch
Any ideas?

I had a go at Slimming World but I got sick of jacket spuds and didn't really get the jist of it all
So... I gave up again!!

I tried to be good over xmas but the won!!!
Been training/jogging over holiday period so hope the damage isnt too bad
