Need a pro bono lawyer to answer a quick question please?

Can anyone help please? I'm part of an association and need to address something within a certain time frame but PILCH won't be able to get back to us in time.

It's just a quick question.

I've found this, no idea if it's of any help but it does suggest some online support.
