What is this nonsense of having some "star" come out to sing the anthems? Surely the whole point of a National anthem is that EVERYONE sings it.

Its a pretty american thing innit....

Prolly coz americans are too thick to remember the words, just like rooney..

First time I stood up for the Australian National Anthem I didnt sing along, coz I'm not Australian, but it brought tears to me eyes... Thank GOD they've given us four years to learn the words....
