Misheard lyrics

My OH is a D.J and he often gets sent playlists where people can't remember the name of the song.

He has just been sent one by someone asking for "my first real sex dream" by Bryan Adams. After a minute or two of confusion, I realised they were asking for Summer of 69. "I got my first real six string, bought it at the 5 and dime".

I'm not sure what they thought "the summer of 69" was all about

A song that Paul Young sang with another band, late 80s early 90s was called Senza una Donna but it always sounded like Sex on a Doughnut to me!

I use to think that the Talking Heads song "take Me to the river and wash me down" was "take me to the river and watch me drown"
