Just because people are cracking jokes it doesn't mean those people believe he "deserved to die". If I were to die tragically, I would prefer people to crack jokes about me and my life. It's certainly better than the expected alternative.

Some of the best joke material has come from deaths/funerals. Graham Chapman's funeral, Spike Milligan's headstone...

He was a great dancer, there's no denying that and 1 or 2 of his songs were brilliant (Thriller being the only one I can think of).


Now we all have to face it on the telly - every channel i expect. Think i'll be watching cbeebies, Nick Jr and cartoon network for about the next week!

yeah its all over the telly, i really loved his music would have loved to have seen him in concert.

I won a ticket to see him in concert in a raffle once.

Went to London for the weekend, flogged the ticket to some desperate fan outside Wembley Stadium. Went to the HS Odeon, I seem to recalled, for some decent music.
