Every time I see this map I always wonder...where are these Indian people in Balaclava!? I'm always convinced that someone has mixed up India & Israel!

For a city thats meant to have the largest Greek population outside of Athens, there must be a hell of a lot of them in and around Northcote !!!
I think I said it before but Melbourne has 35pct of its population as born overseas which makes it one of the most multicultural cities in the world.

In my local KFL (Chinese supermarket) I saw a Muslim lady, asking the Chinese assistant about Korean Kimchi...... Thats in the supposedly Italian suburb of Coburg and witnessed by a UK born Even my Aussie wife chuckled at that one.

Coburg shopping strip is the Kebab centre of Melbourne, with at least 10 different type of Kebab shops from Iraqi, through to Afghan and back to Lebanese. Not sure how we come up Italian these days actually.

LOL. I guess the bigger question is why Pheasant Creek and is it some hidden unheard of gem for North Americans? Hmm...maybe we should drive through it next time we go on a road trip.
