WE have a 2 bed house ...nice quiet road, and near cafes etc.
If you are a couple, have 1 kid, (or loaded)..you can't beat it IMO

I mentioned that, because it is a good suburb for couples or small families...unless you are a loaded Jewish family (many are here) with big family homes.

it was the bit about the very important elements that lost me.

Now I comprende.

I love pies, both Footy (go pies !!) & food There are a few cracking bakers that make all their own pies here up in the hils as well.

I chowed down to a very nice steak and potato pie for lunch today.

You're right...found a few in the country myself.
Beef Burgundy for me today

Maybe people need to consider these in their search for a suburb...amenities, schools, transport, houses and pies

Thats what I cant understand sometimes on these forums. People get so obsessed with Schools, rentals & PG tips when they are missing the most important thing of all. PIES !!!

Did anyone mention the coffee?

Elsternwick also has great turkish places and a great movie theatre

Scarily for Caz and Carl we even looked at a house there

I'm only really concerned about secondary schools and many pf the private ones are in different locations anyway from where people live. I don't think Primary is that important
