I feel the same as Grayling, I didn't like her but I would never wish anyone dead. R.I.P Maggie.

At 87 she didn't have a bad innings. Not surprising as she was in ill health for quite sometime.
She was a very iconic figure. Like her or hate her,her main legacy was being a change maker, rather rare with politicians only Atlee (in 45) could be judged in similar mode.
Perhaps she was of her time. She certainly brought change, far from always welcome but controversial.

I hope the funeral procession will take in Liverpool, Teesside (my old home), the old pit villages of the North East and Scotland.
It is not a time to gloat, but wont shed a tear either. Remember her humiliating exit from downing street as a time to cheer ,not now.
