AQ was a product of the Taliban in Afghanistan, when the US was so dead set keen on power over Russia that they would stoop so low as to create a militant islamist facist militia.

ISIS is a longer bow, but it's an offshoot of arming the Saudis.

Find some Iranians or Turks to talk to and they will really fill in the detail.
Ok. I was hoping you weren't going to say the 2nd "invasion" of Iraq. There's a lot history before that one.

It's got very little to do with Iraq, except that the Saudis wanted Sadaam's secular state out and the Yanks did their bidding, so as to expand the Saudis form of Islam over as much of the middle east as possible "Wahhabism"

People keep saying wake up when it comes to Islam.... what they really need to do is wake up to how the Americans are enabling "Wahhabism" and trying to destroy moderate Islam. Exactly the same thing is rolling out in Syria... this time the Russians were the excuse. It's all about spreading "Wahhabism" or Islamic fascism.

WAKE UP
If any of what you say is true then it goes something like this.

Lets mind f**k a region because we know their religion is so screwed up they will end up killing each other and a few westerners along the way.

Mind if I say it. WAKE UP.

Tell that to the US and their love affair with the Saudis. Problem is the US would be broke without the 40 billion dollars they pledge to invest in the US economy during the Trump reign. The UK has 440 Billion dollars worth of Saudi money invested in it's economy. Which makes the political ties that little bit easier to understand.

As the oil money starts to run out they are desperate to increase their political power.

Here's a little bit of light reading if you want to take time to investigate further...

I'll predict you'll get a 'NY Times' rather than an intelligent response.

Yeah don't give me Times or Guardian crap. Another biased article which I am sure has an equally biased flipside.

Its a great story though, really designed to breed shock and awe. I enjoyed reading it.

Simple economics really. Saudi has money, other countries and businesses want a piece of it. That's the way it goes.

See if you can find an attack by Shia Muslims on the West in the past two decades

Probably not - perhaps something Hezbollah may have done. So few of them though.

It's all starting to feel a bit orchestrated to me, and not necessarily by ISIS. I feel as if someone is trying to manipulate the population into a mind set that serves their adgenda. **** it, it's Friday, time for a beer
