Just wondering if there was anyone else like us off to the annual Magic Millions horse racing day at the Gold Coast this Saturday:)

My neighbours are going I think. They have a horse racing this Saturday, but it may be Ipswich they are going to.

You staying down the coast or there and back on the day? driving/train? dressed to the nines or casual? general admission or members etc?

Going down Fri staying at Jupiters for 2 nights (birthday prezzie from er indoors ) so it could be a bad weekend mate :eek::eek:(gambling wise i mean ):lol: Tix for the Manhattan Lounge on the day (collared shirt and troos ) all inclusive drink from 10:30 am til 5pm :) oh yes with a 4 course lunch hoyed in as well :blink:

Well it was pre arranged mate so it doesn't count ;)(no help from the lovely Linda as you can see G !!) pant, pant, after just getting in from ANOTHER 5KM around the streets :ohmy: Off again into the pool now !!

The Magic Millions is just a bit out of our class but we never miss the local races here at Gympie. It's always a good atmosphere and even teen daughter likes dressing up and hanging out there with her mates. I can't think of anywhere back in England she would want to attend with us fogies. I can't wait to test my new binoculars santa brought me.
