Hi every one
Hope to get a reasonable response to this thread cos at last its one that my Hubby hasn't started and he's started to take the "mick"
Anyway, as I feel I'm the most romantic out of us both, It would be interesting to know, what with Valentines Day just around the corner, what is the most romantic thing you have done/or going to do to your other half.
Mine is going through 6 hours of labour to produce him our first born, a son on Valentines Day.

I can happily post that here because she doesn't read The Lounge
It's her birthday in a couple of weeks and I've booked us a long weekend on the Gold Coast
I've just been racking my brains and can't think of any major event that could be classed as a romantic gesture but lots of little ones, probably not even worth mentioning here

We tend to celebrate our anniversary rather than valentines day (neither of us are really fans of any kind of commercial celebration days), and that's on the 26th Feb so close enough without getting ripped off for presents and meals...
This year I'm meeting him in Singapore on his way back from the UK where he will have been for 5 weeks. We will be celebrating our 11th anniversary and the fact that we've not seen each other for far too long with super expensive "Singapore Slings" in Raffles Long Bar i'd imagine!

I usually buy him something and we exchange cards.
one year he got me a HUUUUAGE card.....but i didnt get him anything cos i was fed up of getting a card he'd asked his mum to get me 
shall just exchange cards this year......the grand romantic gesture has finally been beaten out of me so i dont bother any more.
as an aside, one year an ex bought me a beautiful ring.......i got all excited cos it looked like an engagement ring.....but it wasnt and i felt a right tit!
