Surviving! Am running scan on laptop and killing time. Not sure whether it is going to be right as the computer guru ain't here.

My mind and body are clear and im fighting fit,working hard everyday to get back to where i was a long time ago,and its working:thumbup:

I know. Am pushing myself as hard as I can in all areas. Actually managed to do exercise (walk)after 10 hour day and didn't feel tired.
