Today was probably the most snow I've seen in England since I've been back (6 years). I always get photos/vids of my kids in the snow as they'll grow up in Perth and won't see too much of it again. I can still remember the time it snowed when I was a four year old in England. It was a carnival atmosphere in the neighbourhood and one of the dads built a sled. When I asked my mum about it when we were in Canada she laughed and said there was barely 1 inch of snow.
I grew up in Canada and don't miss the 5 months of snow there.

Kids are mad they missed the snow, didnt see a spec the whole month in UK

You said it was warm, you said it was only a few degrees off Melbourne!

Underlying what you said, my old man tells me it has gone from a very warm winter now to a cold one. Plentiful snow in London is relatively rare.

Not sure what you dont understand this time, january in UK was warm, the warmest on record for 400 years, so we didnt see snow, since we left its got cold and its snowed. Not that difficult to follow
