Like The Rat In "I'm A Celeb"... With A Seasonal Twist
Having read about the Rat Rissole on I'm A Celebrity, I was walking my son to school near Brisbane when I saw a bush turkey run across our path.
So, the question is.....as it is Christmas, and it's called a bush turkey...... are they edible??

which is a little strange, but there's certainly no fat on him, wouldn't be worth the efort of cooking him.
