Default Like The Rat In "I'm A Celeb"... With A Seasonal Twist

Having read about the Rat Rissole on I'm A Celebrity, I was walking my son to school near Brisbane when I saw a bush turkey run across our path.

So, the question is.....as it is Christmas, and it's called a bush turkey...... are they edible??

Frist off they're Brush Turkeys not Bush and secondly it's illegal to catch, kill and eat one. Sod all meat on them by the look, not seen a weighty looking one yet However you'll definitely get the animal rights people on to you. I'm expecting them here, killed a moth last night

Got one that lives in my garden. He's just acquired a taste for cheese and pickled onions, which is a little strange, but there's certainly no fat on him, wouldn't be worth the efort of cooking him.
