Hi Rooksie, glad your feeling a little better, and of course your remembered :D
You have my utmost sympathy i suffered really badly from this when i was pregnant the second time.

When it was safe i was eventually put on an anti-emetic, which sorry to say didn't really help to much.

I also bought c-bands (available from chemists), and wore them on my wrists.

Ginger helps, some people say eat ginger nuts, but i couldn't eat a thing, so i used to just smell them.

I also got acupuncture, which helped for 24 hrs just, but at least i got one break from it, and lets face it you would swing from the lights if someone said it would help :(

Good luck Rooksie and it DOES eventually go away, mines lasted up to about 24 weeks then i began to feel better and it was great. It really gets u down coz every day you wake up and hope you feel better and you don't . Its very like motion sickness ( I thought), so best not to try to do too much :)

After the birth, i had to chuck out my suite coz the smell reminded me of it, and do you remember Mel and Kim who used to be on in the afternoon, i still can't bear to see them on the telly, coz that reminds me of how i used to feel :( crazy innit
