Kind of why I said at the beginning, they should be putting the effort into understanding the root causes, rather than playing SJW games of 'I'm offended' or shying away because of 'slippery slopes'. With the benefit that you will probably be able to sort whole classes of mental problems once you understand and can track particular types of defect. It will probably end up being much simpler than expected (cf ECT's action on types of problem - that's the equivalent of 'hit it with a hammer').
Or. A gay, white, musical genius baby.

It's not beyond the realms of possibility. I wish my folks had engineered me a larger bladder...

Here's Facebook's list of 'other' gender identities:
I just classify them as 'confused' because frankly the above is not in anyway helpful, useful and if someone happens to get offended by being called 'male' then, really, it's not my problem - 'confused' you are. Get used to it and deal with your problem in your time - don't expect me to indulge you. And certainly don't DEMAND it. However, you want to get married, go ahead, no skin off my nose.
And the point, once again, is that despite what the SJW want to try and push, people have an inbuilt understanding of 'I don't want my child to have that' which is a much better guide to 'defect' on the scale of abnormalities than the above relativism and confused gibberish.
Or, in short, the above list is an example of confused SJW thinking, stemming from an inability and unwillingness to see a mental defect as such and move on. Cut the carp and deal with the real world - you can't redefine reality with words.

Kind of the opposite really.

I also think his use of the word 'delusion' is questionable. There might well be a physical reason behind the 'trans' individual - a abnormality - and using the word delusion implies a 'snap out of it', or 'its all a choice' viewpoint that doesn't fit the facts.
I think part of the issue here is the separation between viewing all of this as probably a collection of mental issues rather than the SJW's "it's all normal"; and then how you deal with the individual that have that problem. The first does not imply, say, that you shouldn't go ahead with 'gender' reassignment surgery if you've nothing better to offer and you have evidence that it might help their mental health. It just says it's massively suboptimal, something of an admission of failure to address the real issue by the medical community, and also quite a bit of a placebo. The point of being clear about what's going on and clearing away the carp is all about focusing on the real issues and doing better - not to view those with these abnormalities as somehow subhuman; and certainly not to say "they can't get married".
Oh, and he has to be one of the most annoying people to watch or listen to. Really, video and audio are not for him - straight text is probably a much better idea.
