work this out....
had a phone call to say that My girl would be going round her friends house after school. fair enough. got a call from the same woman sayinf that she cant come because (try and stay with me on this) her OH was home late this arvo (aussie talk started already!) because he was caught behind traffic caused by an accident -didn't get home until 1:20pm. only had time for a cold drink and then went back to work. she has had to arrange childcare for her kids because she has to go to work for 6pm. doesnt think OH would be back in time!!! surely the traffic would have cleared by then, it's not a big accident apparently. is it me or is she just making excuses? she is ALWAYS late for everything(school, work-just up the road, picking her girl up from my house etc) i've just about had enough now and what i have found out is that the childminder refused to look after her kids for the same reason always late with pathetic ecuses (one was even "i was late because there were cows on the road" -in the Middle of sheffield city centre -we know this because of the carrier bags full of new clothes!!!):curse: |
