I meant to ask, can anyone recommend a really good pencil/kohl eyeliner? I find I have problems with panda eyes 
What have you used that stays put but can also blend/smudge nicely (maybe with some shadow if need be)?

I did have a liquid liner of theirs once, my god that didn't move!

which i have done lots of times!! and the body shop eyeshadow in Black is great for going over it to make a more dramatic look (just use a thin damp brush and it won't budge

That's great, thanks Zoe. not sure if they do Smashbox in Aus, but I'll check it out. Thanks for the other suggestions too ladies! I have no idea where I can get Avon but I'll check out their website.
