Junk everywhere

Just packing all my worldly goods:mad:

Am moving into a rental in a day or so.

I never realised how much junk we own.

We have found stuff in the loft which we did not know we had.....a nightmare getting it all down.....we were much younger when it went up there:unsure:

Anyway mostly all done now.

I sympathise with everyone going through the same thing.

Well excellent news. Yes I blast in now and again to nose at who is doing what then I am back to nappies and baby babble and the sunny sussex coast.

Just happy to see you are getting there. Have you decided what part of Oz?

Is it for good?

P :)

I thought we'd done a pretty good job of de-junking. Then I opened the garage door
Where does it come from? is there some kind of junk fairy that comes and fills your house up with crap when you're not looking?

Re: Junk everywhere

We had a yard sale yesterday - raised $400 but probably lost somewhere near $4000.

We did the basement today, through out lots of good stuff, Xmas decorations, power tools, beds, chest of draws, toys, beeding etc.. Also have to get rid off electrical applicances as its 120v in USA and will not work in Aus. So lots to get rid of.

We leave USA on the 28th July - goign via UK for a month to see family and friends, then take the long haul to Melbourne.

cant wait - a sense of the uncertain, but we are lucky - we have a sponsored Visa, Job to walk into and a good salary. Only conern is how my daughters will settle in. Ages 15, 11,10.. any tips ?

Do I need to start house hunting for you? There's one down the road on the market at the mo. Stunning views but I can't find the details on the RE website which I guess tells you something.:D
