I'm confused (no change there then) with the time changes (not helped by me leaving the laptop on Aussie time) so I don't know if you'll have already had it or not.. so.... good luck sweetie if you're still waiting to go... and hope it went really well if its already happened

Thanks for more lovely good luck wishes. It's great feeling that people are on my side.

Interview at 3 o'clock, so another 2.5 hours to go! Day not quite going to plan as YoungSOB had to stay home from school as we found some runners and riders in her hair So for interview this afternoon I shall probably have a faint aroma of Hedrin, actually it doesn't smell anywhere near as bad as KP24!

I'll report back after interview - it's only for a nightfill job, so it won't be the job of the century but I still want it, it will keep the proverbial wolf from the door. Or cane toad.

I had an interview this morning. Hope yours goes better than mine; I got the time wrong, I thought it was 11.30 and found it was 11 and then the job title and description bore no relation to what I was told at the interview. Not a major problem, I can still do the job but slightly confusing none the less and masses more work involved. I should hear by tomorrow afternoon. Can't believe how nervous I was

Keeping my fingers crossed for you!! I can't believe how nervous I am about a nightfill job - I think it's a step outside my office/computer comfort zone I'm relying on the fact that I go regularly to the supermarket and know where everything is to see me through .... that and my obviously winning smile and my charm ... I can be charming, when I want to

oooh, time I was going!

Well I hope you guys who have been interviewed or are still job hunting are as lucky as I am.

I have now been offered two jobs this week; just need to decide which job i want now, well after a meeting with one of the companies tomorrow morning to discuss renumeration hmmmm I can negotiate with the best of them except when it comes to negotiating my salary. Then will need to decide which job to go for - my preferred job from the interview is the one where i dont know the salary yet, though this is based up in Belrose. The other is based in the CBD - transport costs the same for either job as I will be on the bus whatever happens.

You could try your luck getting them to counter their offer.

Back from the interview - it went quite well all things considered. I think they felt it was a bizarre career change for me but I was so positive and cheery about it all, I quite sickened myself More people to interview etc... I should hear Monday. They were pleasant chaps though that did the interview, so it overall was quite an enjoyable experience, I think the very fact that I typed that and worse still, that I meant that is a fair indicator that I need to get out more

I was quite disappointed though as it seems like there will be hardly any hours a week, but I've just got to remember that a few hours would be better than nothing. Probably.

Think that the one in Belrose will be paying more anyhow, and this is my preferred job - closer match for me both knowledge and responsibilities. Though I wont sniff at either job.

Glad you felt the interview went well SillyOldBag. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.
