sit on bog facing wall...use feet to operate buttons. These people end up with toes like fingers I believe. I've seen them on the box. Driving cars, there is nothing they can't do.

What you *don't* do is what I did the first time I encountered one of those Nippon lavatories: leaning down to try and understand the various instrument panel icons I discovered the bottom-squirt one - it almost took my eye out.

Yuk!! Although a heated seat in winter would be nice, water squirting my private parts without my control is not what I want- especially in the middle of the night (is the water body temperature, or is it cold?). I am always suspicious of electronic gadgets- the more complicated they are, the more there is to go wrong......imagines burnt bottom and being blown off the toilet by an especially vicious water jet.
