Some young girls are slappers. We had slappers when I was a kid, when my Mum was a kid. Nothing sexist about it. Some blokes are right slags too. Don't be so ridiculous. It is attitudes such as yours that have made a lot of folk afraid to call a spade a bloody spade.

GENDER-SPECIFIC INSULTS
The most obvious sexist language occurs in gender-specific insults which are used only against girls and women. These are not only hurtful and demeaning but also discriminatory and as such should be combatted in the same way as racist insults. Terms such as cow, bitch, dog, bat, shrew, crow, cat, slag, slut, slapper, scrubber, etc are not used on boys and as such are effectively contemptuous of all women.

Somewhere in all of those preconcieved ideas is the reason young women aren't insisting on regular pap smears. Thankfully it's part of the everyday medical system here in Aus.
I shudder to think what would have happened to my 24 year old, if she was a born and bred Brit...she had real problems 2 years ago.

Therein lies the Problem, as a father of 3 girls, thought I had to comment. There is no such thing in society as a bloke getting called a Slag... they are called studs.

you make me laugh. Woman arent allowed to call other women sluts or slags? So if for example your husband had an affair would you not call the other woman a slag or a slut? I call her far more lol and him a prickSame token id call a man who sleeps around a ******* loser, so there you go

I don't see either male or female who engage frequently in sexual activity (as long as they are single and 'careful') as anything other than sexually active.
