J'Accuse!!!!!

one eddie007 of wantonly and shamelessly purchasing a 750ml (21 washes) bottle of Lenor (4x Longer Freshness) Spring Awakening concentrate fabric conditioner from her local IGA store...

and further, I claim that she then telephoned the UK and instructed her elderly, nay, frail and elderly parents to go forth to Tescos and purchase a box of Lenor Spring Awakening tumble dryer sheets, and subsequently instructed them, on the successful aquisition of said item... to POST these items to her in Australia....

The accused, standing in the dock before you pleads homesickness in her defence... she states that she was visiting an unusual IGA (not her local foreshore one) and when faced with her FAVOURITE fabric conditioner impulsively, but without malice, did so purchase said overpriced item.

I call all those present to denounce such un Australian behaviour and encourage all those reading to contact the Dept of Immigration and DEMAND that said immigrant NOT be allowed to apply for Citizenship of this fair country ...

what d'yer mean you've got another year before you can do that anyway so stop wasting your breath? This was an act of insurrection, a demonstration of her unfitness to become an Australian...

HERACY! BLASPHEMY! Get thee behind me Lenor...

we shall over come, we shall over come, we shall over come some day

I've never put a suppository in with my wash. Does it help evacuate the machine? :p

Re: J'Accuse!!!!!

Nope, assistance with evacuation is via the white powder (See Moving Again- Thannkyou Movicol thread)

OMFG I'm high sniffing fabric conditioner... obviously sniffing substances like this damages brain cells...

I do the same for PG Tips. Cant help myself. $35 for 240 pyramid bags by mail order. Last time I also bought McVities Jaffa Cakes, Milk Chocolate Hobnobs and a tube of germoline. All at about 100% mark up. Jaffa Cakes lasted about ten minutes.

My therapist says next time I'm tempted to do a similar thing I have to drink a schooner of Tooheys New, wear a blue singlet, tight denim shorts and steelies with white socks and repeat twenty times "Maaaaaate!"

I am a bit of a laundry junkie myself but I don't pine for home smells. I just love the yellow fluffy you get in the squidgy pouch. So much that I have put one in each of my underwear drawers :)
