oh someone help please,someone must know what to press..

My good lady is currently experiencing a lot of tummy craps and has been for a while. Probably due to the fact she is due to give birth in 4 weeks time!!!!
I think she just has a bad cold - I don't think women can catch MAN flu only bird flu!!!
