'Flash flood and storm water run off' - would we have been covered?! It's only contents insurance as this is a Defence property...

If part of the Toowoomba flood - yes. But if you were in the Brisbane flood - no.

yes, rather than flash flood. It wasn't even raining in Brisbane when it flooded.

Yeah, it was very weird watching people enjoying a sunny day and mowing the lawn and then go to the next suburb and see people desperately trying to save their possessions in the rising flood water. :blink:
