Insomnia!

:curse::( Hi all! Haven't posted on the forum for a couple of weeks -
been a whirlwind of activity, as we leave for good on 31st of this month! Just can't sleep - my mind is buzzing - thank heavens for BE!!! Anyone else suffering from this at the moment?
(Quite enjoying the peace actually!)

Well I'm suffering from insomnia ,& am living here, so it wont answer your questions, but same worries you have there you sometimes get it over here, for different things, like not being able to get a job, since we have been here for 4 months. :(

Thank you, & we do need a lot of luck, OH been on so many interviews, that we lost count, he is too over quailify, what does that mean, they should be happy to give him a job, at least he knows what is doing.

Totally sympathise with the interview/job hunt process. I had an interview today, and was totally unprepared. I have never had an interview like it before. If I get the job then its a bloody miracle. ....but good luck with your OH getting a job soon.

On the insomniac front, I found this amazing relaxation method called Brain Sync. Basically you listen to the cd/mp3's on headphones, and hear alpha waves and delta waves in the form of vibrations, which mimic your brain activity. There are different ones for treating insomnia, stress, promoting relaxation etc. It reconnects your brain and mind to how it should be. Its dead weird listening to it at first, but then it becomes addictive. Its especially useful when you have a hangover and your heads in a bit of a mess.

Here is a link for more info:

:):) Hi Margret! My daughter is spending a lot more time with us now, she still doesn't talk about Oz much! She i nearly 17 now and she is coming out to validate, but coming back to UK to do A levels! Hopefully in addition to coming out in the hols, she will spend her gap yr with us and fall in love and with the place!! Things are still painful, but easier than they were! It will tear me up when she flies back! We have rented in Patterson lakes! Looking forward to making the move now! Where are you?
Is you daughter ok?
