Right.....we're home now!
Neighbours are slamming windows as we speak! There's a right funny old smell about!
What did we think?
Overall, not too bad!
We went for the buffet option - $17.95. Bit hard to resist, nice selection including: Beef Vindaloo, Beef Tikka Massala, Butter Chicken, Lamb Korma, Vegetable Curry and some other things we didn't try. Samosas, Naan, Chicken Wings, Onion Bajhis, poppadums and dressings and a selection of Indian desserts.
Pretty good value all in, we are stuffed!
Taste wise......not too bad, but not the same as the UK curries by a long shot.
The decor of the place also left a lot to be desired. I wish I had had my camera with me as they had a selection of those bead curtain things that your mum hangs from her back door in the UK, hanging on the walls as decoration The building is not really suited to it's purpose, would be better off as a video rental shop or something!
Overall experience though pretty good, would go back again!
Oh, and Fatty....we did indeed walk back along the beach! Rather a nice stroll it was as well!

Fluffy,
Indian Chilli Bay is owned by the same guys as the "Indian Brothers" at the bottom of Elizabeth Avenue at Clontarf.
The food there is just as good, and the decor slightly better.
It's BYO, and a longer walk home for you though!
Try the Ghazal on Gympie Road, Aspley, opposite McDonalds. Bit of a hike, but I'd recommend their Saag Murg and OH loves their Vindaloo! Down side- no walk back home along the beach!!

You should have realised by now that the Aussies don't go for atmosphere it's not high on their list of resaraunt requirements nor is nice food.
