I'm 31 and my ankles swell. What does this mean?

I'm serious. Aussie's just don't take it seriously, because they want me to die!!

I get really hot feet! Help.

put each foot in a bucket of cold iced water for each foot and tie the handles of each bucket to each of your ankles. Not a good look but it takes the heat out

Alternatively lose weight you fat barsteward

How much water do you drink? Strangely enough, ankles swelll without water, not with. Min is 2 litres per day, more in summer if you can.

Are you moving around enough during the day? If you spend a lot of time on the computer, perhaps on certain forums that take up a lot of your time because you get engrossed, you might need to get up and walk around a bit, or do those foot twirling exercises you do on the plane
