If you were on W.D.U what would you wear ?
I would go for linen trousers , full length & a nice shirt
NOT Football shirt & 3/4 length trousers ( clam pickers )

Go for the 'gaggin to fit in look' bare feet, flanno shirt, old trackies pants or shorts with the saggy elastic, thats the wife sorted
, now the husband, busted shorts preferably too short as to reveal the left plum, an navy blue bonds singlet tight fashionably swathed as to expose armpit hair and one nipple. Topped off with mullet and self designed facial hair, such as small tuft off chin.
Kids better be sun safe and cover them head to toe in purple stretch lycra and total block out, younger ones will be fully acceptable in their pyjamas if winter, or in summer naked bar a full diaper.

I'd wear whatever I felt like at the time.
Oh dear, I do hope some of you realise that Australians dont give a flying whatsit what other people wear?
One of the things I love about this country, none of that looking down your nose stuff because someone's wearing something a bit different/a football shirt/no shoes etc.
