It's a crab obviously ... a deceased crab. But what the hell is that sticking out of its arse?!

Sweet Zombie Jesus ! I dare say that looks to be a missing piece of the Urn of Eryines of ancient Sumeria! Whatever you do don't hold it up to your ear, the screams of a thousand boiled children will haunt you until you lose your mind. I recommend hurling it right back into the sea from whence you found it before all is lost

It's a Black Crab by the looks, fisherman commonly use them as bait.........apparently.:(
