On a less serious note - what I wouldn't give to be where you'll be this weekend. I could kill myself on the run, but then have s few blissful hours in Tesco and then go into John Lewis and for a mooch round M&S...................oooooh homesick.

Anyway, Ive found it so hard to write since Mum died, I know it will pick up, I just do a bit each day.
Ive got the doctors later for an asthma check for the race on Sunday.
Its going to be a hot day, nearly 30 degrees so they say.

Ive just saved the piccie of Mum for the sign on my back, I shall take that to the photoshop tomorrow to print out and get it laminated with my number.
