Wait 40 minutes on the line to speak to someone then told from India that the department I want is closed, call back during business hours.

Had to use my mobile cos the normal land line is not working and they are supposed to be tech support... 40 Minute Mobile phone bill for nothing...Grrrrr

Service is the worst I have ever come across they could not give a toss, faults with line all the time...

In this climate they really don't want to pi*s customers off else just like me they will walk. Then, and I hope it happens to this mob, they go out of business.
I'm changing to another provider this week.

Being using Iprimus for phone and broadband for three years and have never had a problem.

5 times I have been waiting between 15 - 60mins to speak to them... guess its pot luck

Any other users comments would be welcomed to get a balanced opinion

A company we look after at work uses iPrimus and their usage allowance is based on a ratio of uploads to downloads, rather than a finite limit. They got a call last week and were told they had to download 85Gb over the next couple of days to balance their upload usage and avoid a $7k bill. WTF is the logic in that?

They have just taken a week to fix my Mums phone but they did divert all her calls to her mobile for her.

We used to use them, but the speed was so slow...
