here goes... computer crashed the other day, so had to have everything wiped off and all software reloaded.

need to put my email onto outlook, but when it comes up with incoming mail server POP3 etc, and outgoing mail server SMTP what do i put???

email accout is with - ntlworld.com

please help, have no clue with computers, and no email is driving me mad, im convinced agent will have emailed me to say we have CO (wishfull thinking i know!).

Do you have an original letter or set up details from NTL. Should be on there. Otherwise you may have to ring them. Trying desperately to remember what ours was when we were with them but it's not coming to me. Sorry. Is it on their website?

thanks moneypen, i gave them a ring and im now up and running, think email fom agent must be stuck in the server somewhere, sure it's on it's way !
