I joined the gym
This morning I got my large bum out of bed and took it to the gym and joined. I WILL go 3 times a week and get my old bum back. so new years resolution is ticked off the list. so 8am tomorrow i'll be down there wish me luck.
I signed up for a year so theres no backing out

Good on you!
I've not been to the gym recently due to having family over and Christmas.
Hubby bought me a cross trainer and am hoping to use that daily - but will start next week because I've still got goodies left over from Christmas and I hate wasting food

I also went and joined this morning, I did a good half hour on the treadmill and wasn't fit for anything else!! I am planning on going again tomorrow though.
I suppose it helps we are still living with the in laws and my sil virtually lives at the gym. I will be made to get out of bed and go.
I won't mind for the next 4 weeks as the lovely children we have (7 between us) are off school. After that it may be a different story!

Well i hope you stick it. Gyms make a fortune from people who sign up and dont go much.

Yes... just buy a pair of runners and step out of the front door. Much cheaper.
