Download the HOLA extension for Chrome or firefox, go to the BBC website, tell hola to use a UK server and bingo! Iplayer, ITV player, live TV all work if you have a reasonable internet connection.

just use a proxy if bbc etc wont let you stream it, google proxy

Ah Koshy the racist!!! I do love it when he has to backtrack on a subject, He usually tries to avoid anything to do with Aussie's being beaten in any Sport. I'm currently watching Commonwealth Games live on my UK Roku - on the BBC Sport channel, They have several live channels covering the event. It's great.
