We had an offer 7K below asking price, then 4K below, then this morning we've just found out that she's offering 2k below so we've accepted!

Thats brilliant news. You may get there sooner than you think then eh? Was it November you were planning or July? I'm getting you and somebody else mixed up, lol

The woman who is buying, is really intent on getting the house, as she put 3 different offers in before we accepted.
Fingers crossed it goes smoothly
Is yours back on the market yet? Did you get the problem with your conservatory sorted out?

Hi,
Clicked on the sold and on our way box - we kinda are. We have now
exchanged, and John Masons come in in three weeks. We don't actually
fly out till 15th August. Hubby handed in his notice today. Haven't a clue what I should be doing at the mo, its always a mistake coming on BE as I lose track of time!!
