well thats good to know

i am not moving to oz myself. i have joined because a friend of mine is moving and i am eager to know as much about oz as i can before they go.

i had to put that smiley. looks cool :P.

what ways have people found of dealing with the long flights? it'll be even more difficult now due to the new luggage restrictions which i have heard have been made perminent.

Nothing is better than this site.. You get better info than you do off your agent cause even though they have taken your hard earned they dont want to hear your concerns or worries. I had a blip on my police checks, who helped me out? members of this site thats who. We have our banter and its tongue in cheek at times but who cares. When you are down with the waiting nobody wants to hear at your work or friends they just wish you would stop talking about the move, but in here thats what we all talk about. Sad or what. When you move, new country like us we dont know anybody down there, but through this site we will have contact with others just like us. We moved to this area from Scotland 14 years ago and still dont talk much to anyone outside the house, this is a weird area, and I find more company on this site than anywhere else. LONG LIVE THE B.E.

You do live in Peterborough though!! I lived about 10 mile south of Posh before I moved to Perth.

Don't know what I'd do at night without it (or in the day as a matter of fact )

Seriously it's brilliant
