3 before first offer then they faffed us about so told them to bog off
around 6 more new offer full asking price still early days though so fingers crossed !!!

I think it was 4 viewers and we got an offer which we didnt take then got 1 more viewer who made an offer and we accepted so hopefully should be moving soon - ish. Fingers crossed

i think its a lovely house Clair

i think like us, once you get near the 200,000 mark its just very difficult to find buyers-were obviously out pricing first and maybe second line buyers!

it is so frustrating though

Only 5 or 6, but over a few months and 2 price drops. Endid up accepting £38k under the original valuation, which with hindsight WAS too high.

We still endid up accepting £23k under what it was worth, but like many we don't have time to hang around waiting for the 'best' price ...

Have to say I think that tends to be the problem...agents etimating too high. You then feel like youre losing out if you have to drop the price.

We aint sold our yet and weve had about 20-odd we're just gonna go anyway and stick the house up for rent if we have too..dont care anymore.
