We had about six or seven maybe, but the people that viewed it the first day made an offer which we accepted.

11 veiwings in 8 months, no offers even though we droped the price by £50,000. took it of market last sept. Put it back on market 2 weeks ago 1 veiwing last week and one booked for thur.

Just so you dont get disheartened - we had 4 and it sold in 2 weeks.
