How has your day been?

Re: How has your day been?
This week is getting more and more expensive - went to swap cars over with OH as he is first out tomorrow, and discovered a large nail had given me a puncture. At least OH could change they tyre for the spare, but tomorrow it is off to the tyre place to get it fixed.
Also not happy that the brickie didn't turn up to put right the bit of wall we are not happy about. As I've paid him, I don't suppose it is a priority. It was dark when he finished so I didn't notice the wonky bricks!!
And some untidy ****hole threw a piece of chicken Maryland carcass, a bit of greasy kitchen roll and the bag that said snack was transported in while they munched, onto my nature strip. Normally it is just the box or can of drink they have been slurping. This was smelly and vile.

Spent the day shopping for school supplies and uniform as daughter number 1 starts a new school tomorrow. Now having a few wines before the bacon and lentil stew is ready from the slow cooker.

And he FAILED the Outback Jacks steak challenge and I'm not surprised 1kg of rump steak looked bad enough but the mound of wedges made it even more difficult. A good effort though and I'm glad I didn't attempt it, would never of managed the bloody sweetcorn
