So after getting up early after last nights shift to make sure the house looks it's best, the people wanting a second viewing cancelled with 15 mins to go. Said one of the kids was sick but .... Hey ho, another viewing now booked for Monday and I guess I could go back to bed for another hour or so.

So far so good - last night tonight but have 2 hours of padwork and fighting tomorrow for Black Belt Certification - have had 2nd dan for 6 months now so have to prove I'm maintaining that level for my certificate which will be awarded in December - providing I get through tomorrow in one piece. Think I shall be zombiefied by tomorrow afternoon

No idea but a month is a fair while. Be grateful you're not in the Dominican Republic, 6th December there. China gets it sometime next year. Worth the wait though.

We do a blend system, so I have approx and hour of thai style boxing, then change gear for point stop tae-kwon do for the second hour.

My sister (3rd dan)and brother (5th dan) do tae-kwon-do and Thai kick boxing. They run their own schools now in Trowbridge. Last time we visited brother was showing off his moves, and dislocated a finger when a flying kick went wrong. So instead of a nice dinner afterwards we were at the ER on a friday night!!
