Been better the last few weeks. Got 4 hrs last night! Still no idea what I do when I'm sleeping though!
I usually only get about 4 hours, I'm a light sleeper (to extremes) and have bouts of insomnia to boot :frown: |

Re: How do you sleep?
On my side with the top leg hooked out over the top of the duvet whilst the top arm does a constant thumping manoeuvre in order to keep the husband on his side and his elbow out of my eye. He sleeps on his back, arms above his head, elbows out and one leg up in the air. Oh and lets not even start on the noises that come out of him. He's weird.

Re: How do you sleep?
Much better since I moved into the spare room two nights ago. I'm 36 wks pregnant so need all the space I can get at the moment.
Usually I always sleep on my tummy (although this is so bad for your lower back) but now i'm sleeping on my left side, with my head propped up with two pillows (to help the reflux), one pillow between my knees (to help my sore hips) and one small kidney shaped pillow under my grossly extended tummy. That is until I go numb and I have to slowly heave myself around to my right side and move all the pillows back into place. And this works well until my toddler comes in for her night time visit, but moving into the spare room means she walks right past my room and straight to her dad he he!!! |

I usually end up lying on my stomach, one leg up and one leg down, sprawled out like a starfish - that is so comfy
I can't sleep lying on my back. |

On my side, in a kind of running position (one leg bent). And naked.

I can't sleep lying on my back, and if I wake up like that, I have backache for hours. The fetal position is good too  p.s this is a serious thread :sneaky: On my side actually, usually in an alcoholic haze ... |
