How to approach the big E for the important PR
Hey
Just wanted to find out some way of approaching the employer, who is the sponsor too in my case, to get them to get us on the famous or infamous ENS (Employer Nominated Scheme). I fought tooth and nail with the employer for the LAFHA and yet they've declined this...Long story...
So now, I am turning to getting them to make an application for us to become PRs....
So, please let me have your best approaches (and how you managed to manipulate the big E (employer) to get you the all important P|R!!!
