House viewing!!

Well after the house being on the market since the beginning of January we have finally got a viewing on Wednesday evening and then another one on Monday. Can't believe it as I was losing hope of ever getting someone through the door. Unfortunately our house isn't the nicest looking from the outside but we bought it for the space inside so hopefully the people coming have loads of kids and need space!!
I really feel ready to buy in Oz but need to sell in UK first............fingers crossed

Put a nice flowering pot plant or hanging basket outside front door.
I bought a new mat for outside front door.

Good luck hope viewings go well :)

Good luck, hopefully one of them will want to buy it! Our house has been on the market since January and we haven't had a viewing since about February. Our next door neighbours are selling their house too, with the same agent, and they haven't had any more viewings either. Personally I think my village is overpriced but hubby won't hear of reducing the price. :(

I will keep my fingers crossed for you we've also had our house on the market for about 8 weeks and not one viewer,so I know exactly how your feeling, so good luck and let us all know how you get on.

We seem to have the opposite problem. Sold in 2 weeks for full asking price to a couple with nothing to sell. Makes me think maybe it was too cheap?

Now where are we going to live until we emigrate  ?

Cheers

Buzzy
