Yeah all goes good this end. We had that polava with a 'possible' new buyer but that was all 'pie in the sky' at the end of the day so full steam with current buyers.
There's talk of exchange of contracts this week, but we're due to get our visas this week or next so will hold the contracts till next week, IF all goes well!
As I KEEP on saying to everyone I come into contact with, crossing fingers is all we can do for now!
