Good luck..we put our house in London on the market in Oct 07 and moved here a month ago...house still on the market and sitting empty.
BooKed our flights etc thinking it would sell and we got that wrong.
And so now we wait here renting before we can build.

Re: House goes on market tomorrow
Good luck and fingers crossed. It can happen. We put our house on the market on 28th March expecting it to take weeks or months to sell. The following weekend we got 3 viewings, one of which made an offer which we accepted. He had just had a puchase fall through on him so had a mortage arranged and was living with his parents and wants to move fast. All really good apart from the fact we hadnt expected eveything to happen so fast and had not applied for my spouse visa. Needless to say application went in a couple of days later....
Best of luck.

Good luck with the house sale, looks very promising, 2 viewers already
We put ours up on 15th Feb and we have had NO interest whatsoever
Hopefully the nicer weather will bring the buyers out
Hope all goes well.

I'm edie 209 OH
Well just spoke to the EA 1st couple liked the house so is on their short list but they not sold yet! so ok news but 2nd viewer LOVED the house just had a Query about the consumer unit, thought it looked a bit old so weve said we could replace it or a couple of hundred quid, so no big deal breaker, and they wanted to know what building regs we had on loft conversion, but that was done 40-50 years ago, so none i suspect! again no big deal breaker. The EA thinks she will put in an offer, and she is a cash buyer, so Bloody good news mind you depends what the offer is!
