Holes in my tops....no really, I do

Holes in my tops....no really, I do
I have been finding two tiny holes, exactly the same distance apart, in loads of my t-shirts. It's an actual hole that looks like it's been cut, it's not worn away.
So far I have ruled out:
My belt(s)
My desk at work
counter top in the kitchen
computer desk at home
handbag
washer/dryer
I can't for the life of me work out what's causing these holes, seriously, it's driving me to distraction. Not to mention having to either sew up all the little holes (which looks fabulous) or chuck away new tops that I've worn all of once.
Suggestions? I asked on another forum and got snakes, bed bugs having sex and vampires so no need to suggest these...
