I have the opposite- my white and red cells are lower than normal, but my iron levels are ok- concentrated in what few cells I have. I don't like red meat, but I'm forced to eat it. Yuk!

My loving of red meat, spinach, fish, oysters and other shellfish, other green vegetables, pulses and grains doesn't help!

Never get a new one - just a new cover.

Good point, there is nothing more embaressing than having to ask a 12 year old how to work the ironing board.

Regarding covers, I had to do such a thing a couple of weeks ago, I was confused by the 'value' and 'premium' covers on offer.

I went for premium because I was feeling frivolous and the extra $5 seemed worth it. Time will tell.
