Lay off red meat (will also help reduce cholesterol levels as well as iron) and get yourself bled- my singing teacher's OH used to have to do it regularly. His levels were so high that his personality changed- you always knew when he was due to go to the phlebotomists.
I have the opposite- my white and red cells are lower than normal, but my iron levels are ok- concentrated in what few cells I have. I don't like red meat, but I'm forced to eat it. Yuk! |

I went for premium because I was feeling frivolous and the extra $5 seemed worth it. Time will tell. |
